Brenner Overwide Channel

The Defiance SWCD received a grant for the construction of Brenner Overwide Channel located on Wonderly Road. This project was financed completely through a Great Lakes Restoration Initiative grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency through an assistance agreement with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.

This project consisted of constructing 2,136 feet of self forming conservation ditch. It will treat 357 acres of water.
